We had a great day out, Dropping a lot of broken stuff to the Dump, then walking over the Lakes overhead Bridge ,what a awesome view!, then enjoying a picnic lunch.

That time of the year, back into the fitness after my Christmas break,I do enjoy my workouts at the Gym.
