 I had a brilliant day playing beach volleyball at Mount Maunganui beach with my friends. The sun was shining brightly on us. I was a great helper pushing my friend in his beach wheelchair. 

 I enjoyed a lovely pumpkin soup lunch with fried bread and some jelly. It was great to come back to after a hard workout at the gym. I needed the day with some karaoke and dance. 

 I had a great morning out with my friends looking at the different art work around the Strand. 

 I won the kindness award this week for my consistent kind attitude.
