Last Sail for the year!
Yes we are making the most of this beautiful weather as this is our last sail for the year with my mates,I have had a blast and look forward to next year where i can do the same again!

That time of the year, back into the fitness after my Christmas break,I do enjoy my workouts at the Gym.
